Please break your one basket package into small cases. Every investor has different needs. Some investor only want day trading indicator dashboard some want investment dashboard some want filters only, Then there is no point in forcing to buy lumpsum package.
1 voteHi, We do not iist all possible small cases on our website as it makes it difficult to explain to a new user. Also because there are several components and there is a bare minimum cost to run each of them anyway, so there is no drastic difference in cost of individual components and the total big package. However we do have smaller version of the big package and they are offered on request. Please speak to the Customer support or call 8050502121 to know more.

How does a option chart look like ? Nifty charts are easy to obtain on the internet but options charts are more than a needle in a haystack
Pl make your presentation more intutive the options broad explanation is Ok but the next level of details are not clear ,how does the screen look like say for buying or selling a stock on NSE,how does the option chart look like

very slow refresh of chart -- not worth
extremely slow chart refreshing . free sites gives better result
1 votePlease note the charts use realtime candlefeed of NSE which means the 5min candles are updated as soon as the candle is complete. So, the charts are refreshed every few seconds to ensure timely update of data. If you are facing any issue in the same, please call up customer support. Also please note that Free sites dont use paid data from NSE like us. We use paid candlefeed from NSE and that makes our candles most perfect.

This screener option is already there in RT Daily screener. Just go to high/low filter and choose Open same as Current High OR Open same as Current Low and screen and you will get all the results which you want.

Heiken Ashi
It would be good, if traders coakpit add a "Heiken Ashi" feature in screeners. Like one can select for bull or bare market.

Pls adjust charts with mkt hours. e.g an hourly bar should start at 9:15 and end at 10:15. The quality of free intraday charts provided by you is excellent but without the ajustment with market hours and non availability of 1-minute data makes it almost useless for day trading.
1 voteHi Vishal, I hope you are aware that the markets actually start at 9am and orders are placed between 9.00 and 9.07am. Also the highest volatility of the day is usually observed in first 15min. Therefore it has always been a standard convention in technical analysis to treat 9.15-9.30 am period as equivalent to first 30 min of trading and therefore the first hourly bar always ends at 10am. So, the charts are perfectly placed for day trading. Also, 1min data is available for all Futures and Options being traded. You need to subscribe for that. F&O charts are now 1 minute tick by tick realtime data without any lag. Cash segment charts are also realtime with 5 minutes tick by tick data.

Changing default background colour to other than White.
The background color is white by default for all charts. Can you please make it possible to change the background colour to grey/black/other shades. White background charts are strain on the eyes when viewing for long time. Please give option of changing it to a lighter shade pleasing to the eye.

Re: 1 Minute Option Chart
Is it possible to view lesser number of Candles since as the day passes the Candle sticks are not visible properly. Say I need to see only the last 30 minutes or Last 30 Candles etc

We are providing 1 month data in real time intraday charts.
You need to change the setting by clicking on button for Time Frame Settings (the third button on right). Presently it is default set to 10 daily sessions and you can change it 20 daily sessions which will cover last 1 month of data.If you are unable to understand, please call on our support no 0-805050-2121 for details.
