TcCash is automatically added back to your balance in case the transaction is not completed due to invalid password/card/credit reason.

But in case it is not reflected in your account for cases like where you did not completed the transaction or closed the browser window inbetween (You can check your Profile ), just write a mail to connect @ traderscockpit.com or  go to http://traderscockpit.uservoice.com  and Click Support to raise the Ticket/Issue . Our support team will do the needful.
